Can I try a product before returning it?

Certainly. You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to try out a product. Is the product not satisfactory? Then print out the return form, fill it in completely, and send the product back to us. You can also choose to register a return online via our returns portal where you easily purchase a shipping label directly.
Please note that downloads and software are excluded from returns.

Always return the product in its original condition, including accessories, and if possible in the original packaging. If a product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation up to 30%, with a minimum of € 11.25.

Of course, we understand that you may have to break a seal or remove the plastic to try out a product. For example, taking a joystick out of its packaging and connecting it to your computer is fine, but screwing the base plate of that same joystick into your cockpit is not.

How can I return my product to you within the cooling-off period?

It is very easy to return a product via our online returns portal. Here you indicate which products you want to return, and you can immediately purchase a shipping label for the return shipment.
It is also possible to use the return form. After you have printed out the form, fill it in completely and send it to us together with the product you want to return.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product within the cooling-off period?

That is certainly possible. Please indicate this via our return portal or on the return form.

If the product you wish to receive is cheaper than the product to be exchanged, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Is the product more expensive? Then you will receive a payment link to pay the difference.

Will I get a full refund if I return a product within the cooling-off period?

If you return the product in its original state, you will (of course) receive a full refund.

How can I return a product to you within the warranty period?

If a product has become defective, please contact our customer service. We will then look for a solution.

If the product has not been damaged through your own fault (e.g., by dropping a glass of water over your hardware), we will take care of the warranty settlement free of charge.

Can I return to you free of charge?

No. We only take the return costs for our account if we have delivered a defective product.

How long does it take to repair a product?

This depends on the supplier. We strive to complete your repair within 15 working days. Unfortunately, we are also dependent on suppliers abroad, and repairs may therefore take longer. When this is the case, we will let you know.

What does it cost to repair my product?

Repairs - within the guarantee period - to defects that are not caused by your own actions are free of charge. We do charge for all other repairs.

If you send us a product for repair outside the guarantee period or with a defect by your own doing, we will ask our repair partner to quote for the repair. If you accept the quotation, we will immediately start repairing the product for you. You do not accept? Then we will charge you €35.00 for research and shipping costs.

How long does it take to get my money back?

The refund process usually takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on your payment method. We always refund the payment method used.

Which products are excluded from returns?

Downloads and software whose seal is broken cannot be returned.
Therefore, always check that your system meets the requirements before purchase.
