Flight Simulator Controls
Discover the Best Flight Simulator Controls
Controlling an airplane with Flight Simulator Controls makes flying easier, more realistic, and more fun than a standard game controller or a keyboard and mouse combination. At FlightsimWebshop we have an extensive range of Flight Controls compatible with all Flight Simulators. From budget-friendly options to high-end devices used for flight training.
Joysticks for Flight Simulator
A joystick is the most common way to fly an aircraft. Whether you're looking at a fighter plane, a general aviation aircraft, or an airliner, you can find joysticks in all types of airplanes.
One of the big advantages of a flight simulator joystick is that (almost) all come with many programmable buttons, stick twist for rudder control, and a slider or separate throttle for power control.

Yokes for Flight Simulator
A flight yoke - often referred to as 'control column' or 'steering wheel' - is usually found in general aviation aircraft (from brands such as Cessna and Piper) or most airliners.
If you prefer to fly an aircraft controlled by a yoke in Flight Simulator, you should choose a flight yoke when purchasing controls. In that case, your flight simulator experience will become more realistic.
Good to know: all airplanes in Flight Simulator can be controlled by stick as well as a yoke. I.e., you can also fly an Airbus airliner with your flight simulator yoke.

Rudder Pedals for Flight Simulator
Experience an authentic flying experience with rudder pedals.
Rudder pedals are - as the name indicates - used for control of your rudder and also for nosewheel steering on the ground. With rudder control, you can ace that crosswind landing and taxi to and from the gate.
We have foot pedals for all types of virtual pilots; we've listed them all on our Flight Simulator Rudder Pedals page.

Throttles for Flight Simulator
A throttle is a device used to manage your airplane's power. Different throttles are suitable for different aircraft types and can have various options.
Throttles with one axis are suitable for just power control. When a throttle has multiple axes, you can fly multi-engine or configure it for propellor and mixture settings. Some throttle quadrants also have levers for controlling flaps or speedbrakes.
