The Virtual Fly G1000 desktop trainer is an exact replica of the Garmin G1000 glass cockpit. The size of literally everything, from the screens to the buttons, are spot-on and feels the exact same as in a real cockpit. All push and turn buttons on the panel are functional and, if applicable, backlit. Therefore, the Virtual Fly G1000 is ideal for everyone wanting to fully master the G1000 (but does not want to rent an aircraft for this), or for virtual pilots who want to build a glass cockpit.
This Garmin Replica can easily be placed on a desktop stand, which is sold separately.
Easy to install and use
The G1000 Desktop Trainer can easily be connected using USB, and HDMI, or VGA. Both screens have a separate video input, requiring two free outputs (preferably digital) on the PC system.
When you want to use the G1000 Trainer in a professional environment, or as a training device, we recommend you to use the F1Tech G1000 Student Pro combined with Prepar3D V5. Do you use the Virtual Fly G1000 at home? Then you can use Microsoft Flight Simulator (Virtual Fly software is available, beta version) or X-Plane 11. If you have FSX or P3D installed, you need additional software by Mindstar Aviation or F1Tech.
