Delivery & Returns
Ordered before 23:30, shipped today!
When you place your order - on weekdays - before 23:30, and if we have the products in stock, we will ship your order the same day! This means that you will almost always receive your order the next day (except for holidays) within Belgium, the Netherlands and parts of Germany.
We use the reliable PostNL network for sending orders to Belgium and the Netherlands. For shipments to all other countries within the European Union, we use the international DPD network.
We will always keep you informed.
Once you have placed an order with FlightsimWebshop.com you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox within minutes. This is the first email in a series because you will also receive e-mails as soon as we have packed your order and at the moment that we have transferred your order to the carrier. In the email you receive at the time your order has been transferred (to PostNL or DPD), you will also find a link to the track and trace data. This way, you always know where your order is and have an estimation of when to expect the delivery person!

The following delivery times are indicative and do not apply to delivery to islands and remote areas.
We also ship to Canada and the United States on the basis of weight (from € 25.95).
Returning orders without any hassle.
Of course, it is possible for a product not to meet your expectations. Because of that, returning the product to us is not a problem. Returning a product (or products) is possible within fourteen days after receipt (cancellation period).
We do not have a complicated return procedure, but we do distinguish between returns within the cancellation period and returns within the warranty period.
Returns within the cancellation period.
Products can always* be returned within the cancellation period (within 14 days after receipt) without giving any reason. We do ask you to let us know in advance (via your account, or via a message to our customer service) or by sending the return form (download) along with your return shipment.
Only in the case of products that are defective upon receipt, or products that have been delivered incorrectly, we provide a return label. In all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipment themselves.
As soon as we have received the return shipment of the product, including all parts, undamaged and wrapped in the original packaging if possible, we will refund the purchase price within three days.
Returns within the warranty period.
The warranty period for most products is two years. If your product fails within this period (and the warranty conditions are met) we, together with the manufacturer, will take care of the warranty process.
If a product is defective, we always ask you to first contact our customer service before returning the product to us.
