Delivery & Returns
Orderd before 23:30, shipped today.
For the delivery of our orders within The Netherlands and Belgium we make use of PostNL package service. If you place an order on working days before 23:30 (and the product is in stock) it will be shipped the same day. Packages sent to other countries in Europe will be sent via DPD. By using DPD we are sure that your order will be deliverd as fast as possible (on average 2-3 working days)
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email from us with a Track&Trace code, which lets you know what day your package will be delivered and provides you with a delivery-time indication, so that you know exactly when to expect the postman.

Returning your order.
That’s possible! If one or more of the products you received don’t meet your expectations, you can send them back to us free of charge within 14 days. Have you received an incorrect, incomplete or defective product? We will provide the return label.
Is your article defective outside of the 14-day return period, but still within its guarantee period? You can also send it back without any fuss.
Note: it is not possible to return downloadable products or software of which the seal has been broken.

That’s what we stand for. And we understand that it is annoying enough if a product doesn’t work or doesn’t meet your expectations. This is why we want to provide a fast solution to the problem. To provide the best possible service and to be able to solve your problem as fast as possible, we ask you to follow the returns procedure below.
Our returns procedure.
If, within the 14-day period, you want to return one or more of the products in your order, or if you’d like to offer a product for repair within the guarantee period, you can straightforwardly register your returning shipment online.
Log in, go to 'My orders' and open the order for which you would like to return one or more products. At the bottom of the order overview page, click “Return articles”, select the products that you would like to send back to FlightsimWebshop.com and fill in the rest of the form.
We kindly ask you to contact our customer services if you don’t have an account. Of course, this is also possible if you do have an account.
When your return request is processed you will receive instructions to return your order from our customer services.
