Returning without hassle

It's always a shame when you have to return a product. Whether it's because the product doesn't meet your expectations, or because your product is malfunctioning.

FlightsimWebshop does not have a complicated return procedure. However, when returning, we distinguish between returns within the statutory reflection period and returns within the warranty period.

Returning within the statutory reflection period

If a product (except for downloads and software of which the seal has been broken) does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within fourteen days after receipt and without reason.

Please use our returnform for your return, or use our online return portal, where you can directly purchase a shipping label and even choose to have the product picked up at your home (for a small extra fee).

Always return the product in its original condition, including accessories and in the original packaging if possible. If a product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to apply a value reduction of up to 30%, with a minimum of € 11.25.

Your purchase amount back in your account within three days

No hassle. That also means that you can count on quick processing of your returned shipment.
Once we have processed your return and it has been returned in its original condition, the purchase amount will be refunded and in your account within three days.

Costs for services such as configuration and installation, as well as shipping costs for shipping methods other than the cheapest shipping option, are excluded and will not be refunded.

Returning under warranty conditions

If your product malfunctions within the warranty period and you did not damage the product (for example, by spilling a glass of water on your hardware), we will take care of processing the warranty.

You can also easily register products that are defective via our online return portal and immediately purchase a shipping label. If desired, you can have your defective product collected at home for a small extra fee.

The warranty period for all products is two years unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
