Returning without hassle
It's always a shame when you have to return a product. Whether it's because the product doesn't meet your expectations, or because your product is malfunctioning.
FlightsimWebshop does not have a complicated return procedure. However, when returning, we distinguish between returns within the statutory reflection period and returns within the warranty period.
Returning within the statutory reflection period
If a product (except for downloads and software of which the seal has been broken) does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within fourteen days after receipt and without reason.
We would like to ask you to let us know in advance (via your account or a message to our customer service) or to use the return form so that we can refund your order as smoothly as possible.
Always return the product in its original condition, including accessories and in the original packaging if possible.
Your purchase amount back in your account within three days
No hassle. That also means that you can count on quick processing of your returned shipment.
Once we have processed your return and it has been returned in its original condition, the purchase amount will be refunded and in your account within three days.
Costs for services such as configuration and installation, as well as shipping costs for shipping methods other than the cheapest shipping option, are excluded and will not be refunded.
Returning under warranty conditions
If your product malfunctions within the warranty period and you did not damage the product (for example, by spilling a glass of water on your hardware), we will take care of processing the warranty. We would like to ask you to report a malfunction to our customer service as soon as possible before returning the product to us.
The warranty period for all products is two years unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
Europese Retour Service (ERS)
In most cases, the customer is responsible for returning the shipment. We will only provide a return label free of charge if you have received a faulty product from us.
Because we make use of European Return Service (ERS), we can offer you a return shipping label at a reduced rate, whereby your shipment is also directly insured against loss or damage for (maximum) € 500. ERS is available in a limited number of European countries, including Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
