Information about the Corona virus
Our customer service department is currently very busy, so we may not respond as quickly as you are used to from us. This is, of course, related to the large number of additional questions we receive about the coronavirus.
We have gathered important information for you on this page, as well as the most frequently asked questions.
Can I – despite the corona crisis – still order from you?
Yes, that is possible. We are an online shop, without physical locations.
Specific products are not available. When can these be ordered again?
We have a specific range of products, with a lot of hardware that is not produced in Europe. Many products, which are produced in China, for example, or which we import from the United States, have a longer delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot indicate exactly when we expect which products.
However, you can use the product page to register for a stock notification. As soon as there is stock, you will be the first to know!
Can my order still be delivered?
Yes. For the time being, we and the postal services are still working hard to be able to deliver all orders. Unfortunately, due to regulations, it is not possible to deliver orders to the following countries and/or areas:

Can my order be delayed?
Because the safety of our shipping partner's employees and their families is a priority, the available capacity is currently limited, and this capacity is also less scalable. So, there is a possibility that we cannot ship your order on time. In more than 95% of cases, this is not an issue.
We also see that delivery within the Netherlands is currently occasionally delayed, but that this is more common for shipments within Europe.
Can the coronavirus be spread via (postal) packages?
According to health organizations, there is very little chance of contamination via packages.
We do, of course, advise you to wash your hands thoroughly after receiving your package.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
No. This is not possible for the time being.
