A complaint? We will fix it!
We strive - and stand - for satisfied customers at FlightsimWebshop, which is why we try to prevent complaints at all times. In case something has gone wrong, we have listed some steps you can take.
If you have a complaint, we ask you to contact us via our contactform. We will try to find a good solution as quickly as possible.
If no (satisfactory) solution is offered, you can submit your complaint for mediation to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk or Stichting WebwinkelKeur. If your complaint is not yet processed elsewhere, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
