LogitechG Saitek X52
Solid, highly accurate and with myriad options.
The Saitek X52 Flight control system is solid, feels good in your hand, and has highly accurate controls. The latter is partly because of the contactless technology on the X and Y axes, as well as the constant spring tension. The X52 has the option of pre-programming no less than 282 commands, and is also fitted with a number of sturdy and war-free aluminium buttons.
At Saitek, they know that every flight sim requires its own setup, and the setup also depends on the pilot. That is why the throttle tension is adjustable (by means of a dial), the grip on the joystick is adjustable (five different settings) and when you don’t have any rudder pedals at your disposal, you can use the 3D-twist function (which can also be turned off when flying with rudder pedals).
Information displayed on the Multifunctional LCD Display (MFD).
The Saitek X52 comes with a Multifunctional LCD Display, or MFD for short. The MFD can display a timer, but can also be used – very handily – to view radio settings at a glance. The screen has blue background lighting that can be adjusted in brightness, so that you won’t be bothered by intrusive lighting in the dark.
