    Description

Discover the advanced Thrustmaster Viper TQS, the successor to the HOTAS Cougar

The Thrustmaster Viper TQS (Throttle Quadrant System) is the impressive successor to the beloved and widely acclaimed Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar throttle.
The Viper TQS consists of a metal replica (scale 1:1) of the distinctive throttle found in an F-16 fighter jet, complete with idle and afterburner detents. Additionally, the Throttle Quadrant System features a slap switch for deploying chaffs/flares.
A major advantage of this throttle is that the resistance can be adjusted according to your preference.

    Unparalleled precision through magnetic sensors

The throttle utilizes Thrustmaster's HallEffect AccuRate Technology (H.E.A.R.T.). H.E.A.R.T. uses magnetic sensors with a 16-bit resolution, ensuring extremely precise tracking of your throttle movements. Furthermore, the sensor has no moving parts, eliminating any wear and tear.
The Viper TQS features 19 action buttons, 2 virtual buttons, and 5 axes.

The Viper TQS can be expanded (even at a later time) with the Thrustmaster Viper Panel, which makes flying in the F-16 Viper in flight simulator an even more realistic experience.

Seamless integration with Digital Combat Simulator (DCS)

The Viper throttle works Plug-and-Play in DCS World. This means that the device is automatically recognized, and all functions are assigned automatically. Therefore, you can take to the skies immediately after connecting the Thrustmaster Viper TQS.

    Easy to mount

The Throttle Quadrant System weighs just over 2400 grams, preventing it from sliding when placed unsecured on your desk. However, it can also be easily mounted in cockpits or placed on the Thrustmaster Desk Clamp (sold separately).

    Pros and cons

    • Flying becomes even more realistic with this metal replica of the F-16 throttle
    • Direct integration with Digital Combat Simulator
    • Magnetic sensors make this throttle highly accurate
    • The Viper TQS is truly complete when combined with the separately available Viper Panel
